V. Final Assembly and Debugging
1. Accessory Pre-assembly: Assembling steering knuckles, suspension brackets, shock absorbers, brake line brackets, battery trays, motor mounting brackets, and other accessories on the frame, using standard fasteners and tightening to the specified torque.
2. Dimensional Inspection: Inspecting the overall external dimensions of the frame, wheelbase, track width, mounting hole spacing, and other key parameters, ensuring all meet the design drawings.
3. Assembly Compatibility Test: Simulates assembly with the vehicle body, electric drive system, and running gear system to ensure precise fit at each mounting point without interference or jamming.
VI. Finished Product Inspection & Packaging
1. Comprehensive Inspection: Includes dimensional accuracy inspection, non-destructive testing of welds (critical load-bearing points), surface paint film inspection (adhesion, thickness), and torsional rigidity testing. Defective products are reworked immediately.
2. Cleaning and Packaging: Qualified frames are cleaned and covered with protective film to prevent scratches during transport. Batch frames are packaged in customized cardboard boxes/wooden frames with anti-collision and moisture-proof measures.
3. Warehousing and Inventory: Stored according to orders, clearly labeled for easy assembly or export.
VII. Key Process Control Points
1. Dimensional Tolerance Control Throughout: Dimensional accuracy must be controlled at all stages to avoid cumulative deviations affecting vehicle assembly.
2. Welding Quality Control: Samples of each batch of frames are taken for weld tensile testing to ensure weld strength meets national/company standards.
3. Surface treatment quality control: Paint film thickness testing (powder coating 60-80μm, electrophoresis 20-30μm), adhesion cross-cut test ≥0 level, salt spray test ≥500 hours with no rust.
